Fairwayrock is an e-commerce site made up of independent sellers who run their own shops. Each seller is responsible for their own policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns. Individual policies will vary from shop to shop.

It’s important to have a return agreement with the seller before you ship an item back. This means you’ll want to ensure that you have the following:
- Confirmation from the seller that they’ll accept the return
- A return shipping address provided by the seller
- The timeframe in which the seller expects to receive the returned item
- Please check which party is responsible for the cost of return shipping (the buyer or the seller)
We also recommend that you retain all records of return shipment (like tracking information or a postal receipt) in case further action is required.

Fairwayrock Limited™ is not directly involved in transactions between individual buyers and sellers.
Should you encounter an issue with a transaction (such as a non-delivery or an item not being as described), please contact the seller directly to resolve.
While it’s our hope that both the buyer and seller will come to a mutual resolution, we can’t guarantee this will be the case. Therefore, Fairwayrock Limited™ is not responsible for the transaction between buyers and sellers and we are unable to issue refunds for purchases. If a dispute arises between one or more participants, each of you must release Fairwayrock components and Fairwayrock payments (and their respective agents and employees from claims, demands and damages (actual and inconsequential) of every kind and nature.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges for Sellers
Buyers are more comfortable shopping with sellers who accept returns, even though most buyers will never return an item. We’ve found that items that have a clear returns policy typically sell better than items that don’t have one.
All sellers on Fairwayrock Limited™ are required to specify a returns policy. Even if this policy is to accept returns or not. If you don’t specify your own returns policy, you will automatically be subject Fairwayrock Limited™ default returns policy.
As a business seller you are obliged to inform your consumers about their right of withdrawal before the purchase. As a private seller you may voluntarily offer returns.
Returns time frames
The minimum time frame that you can specify for your returns policy is 14 days, according to current UK and Irish distance selling rules.
